This is Daisey's (Cranford) daughter just wanting to thank you once again for your wonderful service to us at Red Holman Buick GMC last week.
You were so pleasant, helpful, and patient, and not to mention humorous. It was a great plus, and it made a usually stressful experience of getting a new car really a pleasure.
Before driving away, you spent plenty of time showing Mom each feature of her beautiful new 2013 Buick Regal, and made her feel very comfortable before she drove off the lot. As a senior citizen, this really made a difference in getting her off to a good start.
It's been a long time since someone has been so kind.
I really cannot thank you enough!
I am looking forward to the time when I can come in myself, and hopefully get a new vehicle in the very near future.

As a business man in a service related industry I am keenly aware of excellent service especially when it is coming my way. My sales guy, Greg Dawkins is on top of his game. I really put the rush on him the day before Thanksgiving, in fact it was 2 hrs before closing when I called Greg asking him if it was possible to put a deal together in just 2 hrs and leave with a vehicle I saw a few days earlier. Guess who drove that neat Buick to the family TG party? Man was they impressed. So am I. There were minor brake and wheel bal. probs. No problem he says, I had that beauty back just a few hrs. Later in the week Todd, the service desk man called to see if I was happy w/ the service. Great follow up by a customer oriented,knowledgable guy.
Like wise with Greg, snaps right to it. BTW I bought a car from Red himself in 1959, talk about a long time relationship. When I mentioned this I was ushered into the office some of the guys who were at the Reds dealership in 59 and we had an enjoyable conversation re those very old days. Keep up the top shelf work.

I am so pleased with this DEALERSHIP, words can't truly say exactly how I feel. In October, 2007, I purchased a LACURNE CXL, for my WIFE. It was a BIRTHDAY PRESENT for her!!!!!! My Wife was so excited about this auto, that she doesn't let anyone get very near her car!!!! She was also very, very pleased with the SALESMAN RICK DAWKINS. This man is EXCEPTIONAL in many ways!!!! He truly is the MEANING OF A "HONEST", "TRUSTING", "SINCERE" SALESMAN!!!!!! TRUST ME----THERE ARE NOT MANY OF THIS TYPE SALESMEN AROUND!!!!!!! MR. DAWKINS WENT OUT OF HIS WAY FOR NOT JUST MYSELF, BUT, FOR MY WIFE. I APPRECIATE EVERYTHING THAT HE DID FOR MY WIFE, AND NOW FOR MYSELF!!!!!! The auto I purchased, TUESDAY, OCTOBER 23, 2012, is fantastic!!!!!! I purchased a 2007 LACROSS!!!!!! It doesn't have as much extras as my WIFE'S does, but, it is jut great for myself. MR. We came to Red Holman Buick GMC after being very disillusioned when visiting several other dealerships. Judy Ruen was AWESOME, right from the start. Along with her husband John, they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Judy worked hard to get us approved for a great used car that we both love. She even laughed at my husbands jokes. She was very patient and understanding of our situation. The entire staff made this a GREAT buying experience. We will recommend her to all of our friends and family.
The car was way above expectations, and Judy would not let us settle for any thing less than what made us both happy.
So at night, while watching the T.V. and you see the Red Holman commercial come on, pay attention to Judy, because she’s the real deal!
She and John are awesome…
I was in for service 1/12/12 and Jason Hargis was assigned as my service advisor. I must say Red Holman has an outstanding employee in Jason. There were a few snafu's, not of his making, and he made sure that I was taken care of in a timely manner.
I live in Dexter, MI and so this is a jaunt for me, but, I will continue to come to Red Holman's only because of the treatment and respect I received from Jason. He is a Rock Star!!!

Comments: This was our first time buying a vehicle with Red Holman Buick GMC and we are extremely pleased. From start to finish our salesman was helpful and enthusiastic without being aggressive for a sale. The whole experience was very comfortable and positive. Our salesman also went above and beyond to make sure we were familiar with all options available on the car, gave us plenty of opportunity to test drive the car, and even went so far as to get a better interest rate for the vehicle. We are extremely thankful for such generosity and helpfulness and look forward to future experiences with Red Holman.

It was the best of times and the worst of times.
I first went to a different dealership. It was horrible! No one wanted to sell me a car! I had to go around knocking, looking for a salesperson. When I found two in a bull-pen area, instead of saying, “May we help you?” I got, “Hey, you’re not allowed in here!” The person who became my sales rep was new. She didn’t have a clue about how to sell a car. She wasn’t clear on price, financing, or trade-in. The sales manager was not interested in coming out or his office, even though I was the only customer in the showroom for the two hours that I was there. They did appraise my Saturn Outlook and offered less than where I bought my Acadia. They never offered to show me their numbers or how far apart we were. Finally, I got up and left.
I received a phone call from the sales rep. She only told me that the dealership is in receivership and no one really cares – especially the sales manager, who is from GM Holdings. They are just waiting for the new owner. I thought, “Why are you telling me this?” She was just making a bad situation worse, and only confirmed that I will never visit that dealership at any point in the future ever again.
We then went to Red Holman in Westland, MI. We had Don McTaggart as our salesman. I will tell you. He is the first person that I will see the next time that I buy a car. He was very friendly and conveyed that he knew what he was doing! I had Bentley & Simon with me. It turns out that Mr. McTaggart used to play hockey, and the boys took an instant liking to him. At one point during the car buying process, he called my cell phone and Amy answered it. She was impressed that Mr. McTaggert used her name while on the phone. They have never met, but I mentioned her in previous conversations, and it was impressive that he picked up on that and used it. I cannot fully explain it, but he made buying a car fun. He also made me smile when I hopped into my new car, he already had the radio set to the NHL channel on XM. I smiled and thought that was smooth, and I mean that in the best way. He really picked up on a lot of little things which made me enjoy the entire experience!

I received your call in regards to my satisfaction with the repairs of my Buick. I believe that the
climate control was repaired to the original condition. The few other problems with the radio and the heads up display are still the same. I understand that it is hard to repair the problem when they don’t see it. I afraid I will have to live with the problems. I do want to thank you for staying on the climate control problem until it was resolved. If I decide to keep the car, you are the only person I would come see. I believe that you truly care about my satisfaction and would go the extra mile to make sure that you have taken care of your customer. You are an asset to your company and the one shinning light that I have found since buying a car from GM. I again thank you for all your help in getting this frustrating problem somewhat corrected. I would not hesitate to recommend you to a friend.
