My son Randy knew I wanted a new SUV He just leased a New 2013 GMC Terrain from Craig Timko. I just got home from working out of state we ran up to Red Holman on a Sunday to look at SUV's I fell in love with the new 2013 Buick Encore. Monday Morning My Son and I ran up there Randy took me to his Dealer Craig Timko and he was out to lunch so His Boss Mark took all my information and Craig called me on later. Tuesday went and saw Craig Timko and started the paper work and got me MY New Encore . Craig and Mark where great! I would recommend them and the whole Red Holman dealership in Westland , Michigan to anyone very professional very friendly . A little confusion at first. Couldn't make the starting problem happen at the dealer that I was experiencing on the road. Finally diagnosed the problem as the fuel pump for $1,100.00. I explained that I had a 2yr 100K warranty from the used care dept. Took the bill to $300, which I can live with more than $1,100.00. The truck runs fine, but the idle is noticeably lower.
